Metronet is seeking Governing Board members!
This is a great chance to get involved in some of our exciting programs, including 23 Things On a Stick, the Metronet Information Literacy Initiative, and more! We need people to share their ideas for new projects and to help guide Metronet. We're seeking three citizen representatives (cannot be currently working in a library, but can be a trustee or retired librarian), a school representative (currently working in a school library) and a public library representative (current employee of a public library).
Terms of service are for two years and would begin July 1, 2008. The board meets six times per year.
