Highlights

I have been writing for children since 1979 and teaching writing to adults and children since 1987. I am currently a teacher in the Master of Fine Arts in Writing for Children at Vermont College.

Presentations

Can include a group slide presentation on how a writer develops and how a book develops, with emphasis on the writing process. Also work with smaller groups and classes to develop their own writing or make their own books. I believe all ideas come out of our lives and encourage children to write from their own memories and experiences.
